Just an awful, awful film production with horrific acting, writing, sound, lighting, and every other aspect that makes a good film.
I often wonder how these type of films get green lit. But then again, it was the early 1980's when pubescent titillation was hard to come buy for teen boys. So, so many awful jokes, one liners, and plays on words.
