AL Pachio played an excellent part as an under police officer. It was great that it was based on a true story of Frank Serpico's life as a police officer under cover .He was an honest man trying to be true to himself and not taking bribe money like the rest on the force . It put him in a bad situation for the dirty police officers hated Frank as a cop . It's great to see that some officers still have ethics and want to be true to themselves and their job . Frank risked his life at the end and luckily ended up alive . The other cops didn't care if he was dead. He ended up losing hearing out of one of his ears and dizziness on that side. He retired from the force and moved to Switzerland. I read he was able to collect disability benefits for his injuries. He now lives in New York at around the age of 75 or 85 . What a brave officer and man.
