This is a slow burner of a film that never threatens to illuminate like a decent firework display. Instead it ignites a small flame that goes where it is supposed to, like a cheap sparkler, but with a predictable outcome. It is essentially a potentially "corrupt cop cover up film"!
It has been done before and done better. It is thrilling to a certain extent seeing the protagonist voice out his internal struggles monologue for the viewer to understand. He goes down the rabbit hole as a reporter that has been accidentally given evidence that can either prove or disprove the evidence on the damcam.
This could have been an episode of CSI rather than it being turned into a film. The ending is so predictable that an amateur writer could have come up with it. Even I knew what would happen to the protagonist...
