This was a total surprise. There aren't a whole lot of short films that leave an impact on me. Jermaine worked so hard, continually. Then this bigoted woman, whom I first despised, becomes a true gem, and shows so much love and compassion. It blew me out of the water. This is one of my most favorite short films. I'm having to read between the lines and suppose he had more than cycle cell anemia. He was so strong in the midst of his job taking care of Elsie. If it had been me I just don't know if I would have been as gracious. I truly am in love with this film This is my favorite short film. Thank you!
