Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005 Video Game)
10/10
The OG NFS !

I played NFS MW 2005 first on my PSP . I absolutely fell in love with the concept. Beat several bosses, get their cars and finally reach the final boss and beat him, not to forget the police chases in each race that was something unique for me in those days as i never played a car racing game with police in them (ya ya i know, roadrash was there but that was bike racing).

Here's what i loved. As i mentioned, the several bosses and the grind to get a chance to fight them was amazing. The satisfaction i used to get after beating them and using their top class cars was unmatched. I liked how the PSP version kept the car and their owner bosses hidden and with increasing tier, it slowly slowly reveals their identity which made me very excited to see what car they possessed. For example, let's say Ming, the boss. When you start the game initially, you can't see his face and his car as it is blurred totally. As you progress up, the blue starts to slowly unblur and you get excited with the slow peekaboo of his car until after a certain tier , his face and car is fully revealed.

The soundtrack always is my favourite. Metal heavy and full of tune and flavor. No other nfs has soundtrack even close to NFS MW. Blinded in chains is always my fav.

In my PSP, i was never able to beat Razor and something happened after which the game got deleted from my PSP. But after 10 years, i got my hands on MW pc version.

I was surprised to see how different the pc version was. The open world concept was missing in psp. I loved the open world concept in the pc version. Also, i found many bosses had different cars from that of the psp version. Also, in pc version, there was no way to get a peekaboo into future bosses which was possible in psp version. Rest all were same and it was in pc version i finally beat Razor.

Best nfs game ever.
