Pros: Art the clown is still the star of the show and steals every scene he's in. Decent cinematography especially the color palette which set the tone for the film. Last, the dream sequence (Clown cafe) was well directed, acted, and choreographed.
Mixed: Some of the performances were decent while others were WOW atrocious. As for the main attraction of the film, the kills are not bad for its low budget however some of them looked really faked and went on way too long where it reach to the point of being absolutely ridiculous and comedic (not sure if that was intentional or not) Cons: The runtime and boy does it drags. Cut out 40 mins out of the film would've benefited it for me.
Every time Art wasn't on screen I was bored. The story does not make any sense at all and the film ended with a lot of questions.
There is definitely an audience for this film, unfortunately I'm not one of them.
