*Spoiler Alert* OK. So I wasn't going to watch this show. I was upset over Mauricio's comments on RHOBH but thought I'd give this my own fair opinion. This is clearly a mix of "Reality" show and real estate. I'm a newer (yet older) real estate agent and I found lots of good advice in the 8 episodes. Loved the highlighted properties. Don't know if it this was "Real" but the situations are very real in any agency. Well done directing.
Does it seem like this a show about Alexia? Yes, but I get it. She's young, she's pretty & such a good mix of her mom & dad. The cast is pretty good.
*Brandon: My favorite! I hope he stays forever as genuine as he is now. Loved his Mazda-rati. He's got what it takes. I wish him so much success cause he's the guy I want to see win.
*Farrah: I loved her and saw her as typical woman trying to succeed in a world of men all while being seen as benefiting from privilege & nepotism. I seriously cried when she got her ring. Don't know if that was all an act but I felt her stress. Hope she ignores all the crappy comments about her looks. She's gorgeous. Love her house. She's a sharp woman.
*Melissa: Really like her! She's a sharp agent and seems well connected & confident to handle the business. Don't gossip about others. It'll be your doom.
*Ben: I think there's a goofy, loud, successful Ben in every market. Good for him getting what he wanted. He deserves his success.
*Jon: DANG! That's a sharp class act right there. He's on a whole other level. I loved every word he said and how he delivered everything.
*Joey: I don't want to be mean so I'll just leave it at that
*Sonika: Hope she gains confidence in all areas of life. Music seems to be where she thrives. Keep going girl and be brave & bold!
*Allie: she's a great example of a working mom trying to balance being a mom & a successful business. Looks to be doing really well at it. She was trying to be a good friend to Farrah.
*Mauricio: I feel like there's more to the story with him. Why is he so busy? Tell us why. Clearly he's well connected and such a great salesman. I hope he learns a bit from this show. It's tough working for a competing broker. I don't blame him for bringing in his daughters just wish he could bestow a bit more honesty & reality to them. Baby Alexia at home but require fairness, discipline & toughness at work.
*Alexia: You're going to be just fine. Work hard & expect nothing. Many top, successful agents were average students in school. You've got the personality! However, be honest with yourself, girl! You really did deserve a C - at best. AND - Why should people trust you? You do tell your dad & sister everything. Accept it but be fair to others. The gossip won't serve any of you. Loved your personality & laugh. Hope you stay with real estate.
Overall I was surprised I like the show. Easy to watch. Not sure about a Season 2.
