I made an IMDB account specifically to review this movie. Cannot believe this movie is under a 7 when it deserves to be at least an 8 - particularly relative much of animated drek put out in the last few years.
I'm 40, my lady is 26; she read the book and I haven't. Started the movie late at night with only the intention of seeing if it was worth watching - could not stop watching it. The dialog is witty, the characters are lovable and endearing. Plus, the art style and animation are good choices for the story.
Our enjoyment of the movies had absolutely nothing to do with having kids around and needing something to watch! Highly recommend to any fans of 'all ages' animated comedies/movies.
