After a stellar episode, we have this one. It's entertaining but has one thing that bugs me. First of all, Tempe's teacher and rival comes to see her. They have casual sex. Booth has brought in a refrigerator with a woman's body in it. It has been decomposing for nearly a year. It leads back to some S&M people who are responsible, but are leaning on their sleazy lawyer to get them off. For me, the portrayal of Brennan fall short. Granted, she uses medical terms that only a trained physician could understand. She shows her brilliance. But having lived on this earth as long as she has and having vocabulary of a genius, how can she not be bright enough to ramp things down a bit, especially after she has been warned that she is losing the jury. They can't make up their minds if she is indeed a robot or has some real humanity.
