I really like showing an other side of Vietnam and such beautiful shots from the country. But the leading roles have no deep character. During the movie i asked myself: Why does Sinh is interested in her? Why is she interested in him? Only beacause it is a new experience? Where is the deep connection? Why are the two mums asking if a man has finished the relationship? They would say a man or woman. What about the stories of the other group members? It would have been easy to write dramatic scenes but this was superficial writing and no unique ideas. The emotions are only coming from the music but not because of the story.
