Like a bad Clint Eastwood movie (post unforgiven). A bully shoots a guys dog. Everyone feels sad but the authorities will do nothing. The guy follows all the logical steps to get some sort of justice for the cruelty he experienced only to find the bully kid is a product of a bully dad. In the end, the movie descends into unbelievable craziness with no intelligent ending which leaves you with the feeling a 5th grader wrote it or some executive producer came in and said, let's end it with a car chase and some explosions. Don't waste your time on this piece, it can't tell if it's a drama or an action movie but it terrible at either.
