Well stupid, but watchable! What would one expect with a title of Scanners III: The Takeover! With low expectation the third installment was better than first thought. Started out okay, but there is lots of filler in the story. Lot of cheesy comic one liners. Some T & A. Much lower budget then part 2, which effect the special effect. Special effect well not as good as the first two. Scanners III: The Takeover has a few good plot twists, but the ending, let's just write here, is cheesy at best. Likeable, one dimension character arch. Most character have a quick predictable character arch. Stupid bad guy who's head explode arch. Women, who is over sexed, that's head explode or melts etc. Well, watchable, but barley. Kinda of like eating at Mc Donalds over the Keg you know what to expected watching part 3.
