Perhaps what is best known in the entire "Dungeons & Dragons" series is the ending, where it does not end the story and leaves it open to many theories. My big problem with this last season is not the fact that it didn't finish the story, since there is a dialogue at the end that really leaves it open and in my opinion is very interesting. But the big problem is how this season is full of ups and downs. The first episode is very good and soon after that we get several other episodes that are much weaker, until we reach episode 5 which is the worst of the entire series. This is a series that has aged badly in terms of animation, but in story and world creation it remains great and it's really sad to see a final season so far below the rest.
