This was a decent sequel to the original with Robert Englund reprising his role as the maniacal Freddy Kruger. It seems to rely more on horror and the killer dream sequences than it does on plot. The killer dream sequences are the main highlights and are actually not that bad, I loved the gym sequence, the o pool party, and the school bus scenes at the beginning and the end as well as Robert Englund's usual unforgettable performance as Freddy Kruger. This movie is shockingly violent at times but worth a watch if you are a fan of the series and of the Freddy Kruger character. Not too bad a way to spend and hour and a half.
