Have watched it more than 10 times over the past 8 years since finding it on YouTube. Have helped connect others with it too, it is a number 1 to watch of you are spiritual seeker. It can be hard to watch in some areas, but with the amount of information put forward, it is worth it. It could be worthwhile splitting it into 2 parts and taking a break in between for the sake of your mind being able to absorb enough of it.
