Not surprising that Halloween 4 director Dwight Little did this since the Halloween small town atmosphere and creepy stalker character brings back memories of the good days of horror.
Charlotte Fountain Jardim is steller as the baby sitter and the B movies that the killer watches in his basement are really fun.
Robert Englund really sells the town elder who helps us understand the mystery and lore of Natty Knocks. Danielle Harris is very believable as a grown up real estate agent and concerned mother and Bill Moseley creeps out as the town killer.
This could have had a few more kills but the scares that are there are really good. The Free Willy kid (Jason Richter) makes a good cop. This movie is an awesome good time.
