No pun intended - this feels like it was written by that one guy who does these dramas with characters having an illness or some trauma ... or maybe both (doesn't have to be the same person of course). The actors are quite fine in this one - but they can't save the movie from anyone. Especially not the predictability this carries with it.
Not to mention the ending that cannot win either way - going that way, half the audience won't like you ... and vice versa. Life is hard, decisions can be quite harrowing. Living with them ... not easy at all to say the least. If you are able to suspend your disbelief .. and if you are a bit of a sucker for romantic comedies... you could do worse.
