A have read many negative reviews for this film, and would have to disagree. This little B flick is a cross between Alien, and The Thing. However Alien 1979 was light on the horror, and no nudity, and the Thing 1982 was missing the exploitation that goes along with fun horror. Creature uses its lighter B budget to its advantage, the practical horror effects were well done, as well as the sets and has a few scenes with nudity. The pacing overall was good, along with sound effects and soundtrack. I will admit a couple of the actors line delivery was below par but overall this flick is a satisfying watch, and even though Kinski isn't in it for too long he is effective in making you wonder whether he's there to help or hinder the American crew. 3.5/5.
