Martin (Keram Malicki-Sanchez) is a sick boy laid up in bed. His company is his loyal dog who brings him items from the outside world.
One day Martin is visited by his new schoolteacher. Miss Haight (Helen Shaver) has followed the dog home and has quickly befriended Martin.
Only Martin is back on his own again as Miss Haight died in a car accident. It is up to the dog to bring back things from the outside. Only one evening after going missing. The dog has brought back a skeletal hand.

This might had been an interesting and haunting story. I just found it dreary. The creepiness never translated well to the small screen.
