The 30-minute documentary TV program, A Child's Cry, features the the heartbreaking stories of children struggling in extreme poverty who live in Ecuador and the Philippines. It also showcases the life changing work of Children International. It is hosted by actor, Julio Cedillo, with a special appearance by Debbie Gibson.
