- it is implied that a nymphomaniac sleeping in the nude is having a wet dream. In the graphic US cut the woman opens her legs to touch her vulva. Her labia are clearly visible for a few seconds during a close-up shot. (The close-up shot is a body double)
- A nude woman lying on her stomach is receiving a body massage from a nurse. The scene is over two minutes long, with several close-up shots of her exposed buttocks.
- A couple of scenes where a woman is sleeping in the nude.
- During a shower scene, a woman's breasts and buttocks are visible.
- In the US version there is a short sex scene in which a man's buttocks and a woman's breasts, buttocks and pubic hair are exposed.
- In the US version a woman strips down to take a bath. Her breasts and buttocks are visible. Another woman takes off her clothes until she is wearing just a bra and panties and washes her.
- In an added scene in the US version the killer runs a knife through the body of a recently killed woman removing her panties and exposing her pubic region.
- In the Italian version there is a short sex scene in which two women are lying in bed with their breasts exposed, and one of them removes the panties of the other exposing her pubic region and then starts to kiss her all over her body.
- Two very graphic scenes of female masturbation.
- One of the women is wearing revealing clothing throughout the movie. Her nipples can be seen through her t-shirt.
- A sister tries to seduce her brother. It is implied they had sexual relationship in their youth.

- Many characters, mostly female, are killed with various medieval weapons, including a decapitation by a Scythe, an execution by an Iron Maiden, hacking by a Battle Axe, a Crossbow Bolt shot to the neck, and several women are bludgeoned to death by a Morning Star, all showing lots of blood and some gore.

- There are three extant versions of the film. An 88 minute Italian version which contains graphic nudity and gore. The next is a 96 minute UK version. This version contains alternate scenes to cover up the nudity along with an added subplot. The US version runs 88 minutes and contains nudity but is missing the sex from the Italian version.
