It appears that I'm the first person reviewing the Academy Award-winning "Witness to War: Dr. Charlie Clements". Well I hope that more people see it. This look at a Vietnam vet who became a physician and went to El Salvador to support the people getting targeted by the US-backed dictatorship is one of the best indictments of US foreign policy, whether in southeast Asia or in Central America. I remember during the vice-presidential debates in 2004, Dick Cheney mentioned having gone to El Salvador to oversee an election, and I immediately thought "You mean that you made sure people had no choice but to vote how Reagan wanted."
Anyway, definitely watch this documentary if you get a chance (it's available on YouTube) as an antidote to all militaristic propaganda.
