Great Game Show!
Ginger874 June 2005
This was another great spin off of the classic game show Double Dare. I remember watching it in 1990 on Nickelodeon when I was 3 years old. As I got older through the years I wanted to be on this show with my family. I think we would have done very well on the show. Marc Summers was still a great host

This was one of the many great game shows that Nickelodeon aired, along with "Legends of the Hidden Temple", "GUTS", the original "Double Dare", "Nick Arcade", "Super Sloppy Double Dare", and many other great game shows.

This was a great game show and it was too bad that it didn't last longer. I give "Family Double Dare" 10/10 stars!

Fun game show
I used to watch this show when I was a little girl. First off, I must say that it was a fun game show. Also, I'm not sure if I've seen every episode. However, I do remember the show very well. Every time I watched it, I had a lot of fun playing along and watching. This made me long to be a contestant. I hope some network brings it back so I can play along and watch again. If that happens, I will be really happy. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that I'll always remember this show in my memory forever. Now, in conclusion, if some network ever brings it back, I hope that you catch it one day before it goes off the air for good.

Good family show. I wanted my family to be on it

This version of "Double Dare" was the Double Dare I grew up with and every time I was it I wanted my family to be on it. I just thought that we could have done the obstacle course better than most of the other families but alas was not meant to be. All of the Nick game shows were just incredible as time wore on (mid 90's) the ideas became geared more towards like first and second graders and not the general audience of shows like Guts, Double Dare, and my personal favorite Legends of the Hidden Temple, which I think he tries to mock by saying a talking volcano but Olmac was not a volcano he was a statue like maya, inca, aztec type thing that gave the kids clues. But i digress these shows were fun and if you want to relive your childhood click on Nick Gas ok? later dudes

Quite the depressing Show!
TheMan305124 January 2003
When I was growing up Nickelodeon aired WAY too many game shows. Most which just sucked. There was one with people playing video games and another with a talking volcano! How pathetic! However, Double Dare was the exceptional one because it was pretty fun to watch. At times it was quite depressing to see those parents and grandparents running around those messy things looking like idoits! And even more depressing was the fact that they asked simple questions that the parents could answer but they had to "discuss" it with the family! This was truly a fun show to watch and make fun of at the same time.
