We’ve gathered you here today to celebrate the best of best boy band video masterpieces.
Fact: These works of art are the reason we stayed glued to our TVs for hours on end — with the sole purpose of having the Backstreet Boys‘ matching outfits and Hanson’s glorious hair grace our screens.
Backstreet Boys: “I Want It That Way”
Walking together in slow motion; a private plane just kinda chilling there; all-white outfits; a crowd of adoring fans and endless heartfelt looks into the camera? This is 1999 at its finest.

Some of the biggest names that dominated the countdowns on Trl back in the day are making your childhood dreams come true by reuniting for a nostalgia-filled tour. Dream, Ryan Cabrera, O-Town, and 98 Degrees all stepped out on Tuesday at the launch of their tour, My2K, at Faculty in La. The tour, which 98 Degrees will headline, kicks off July 8 in Kansas and wraps on Aug. 28 in California. While we're sure the bands and Ryan will bust out hits like "Liquid Dreams," "He Loves U Not," and "True," we also hope they can bring back some late-'90s and early-2000s staples, like butterfly hair clips and all-denim outfits. Keep reading to see more of their red carpet appearances, and then check out the ultimate '90s slow song playlist.

It's been 15 years since O-Town made our "Liquid Dreams" come true. The boy band, who formed on season one of the reality TV series Making the Band, released their first album ("O-Town") on Jan. 23, 2001. Now, over a decade later, four of the band's members have reformed (Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick, Jacob Underwood, Dan Miller... minus Ashley Parker Angel) and are making new music and currently touring. "It was such a whirlwind back then," says Underwood. "We get to experience these fans who are now older bringing in pictures saying 'I was here, and I took this picture with you when I was 12, can we remake it?'" "Those memories now...

If you were a teenage girl in the 2000’s, you not only knew who O-Town was, you were probably obsessed with them and definitely had their album O2.

News: What is Ashley Parker Angel grabbing?
However, with the good, also came the bad. In this case, the bad was that the hunky heartthrob we couldn’t (and still) can’t get enough of, Ashley Parker Angel would not be joining Dan Miller, Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, and Trevor Penick on stage across the country.
Thankfully we had his countless incredible handsome selfies on Twitter to satisfy us for a while. Although we would prefer to have it “All or Nothing” at all.
Going for a run. It's 98 degrees out...and rising. ☀ pic.twitter.com/MWMDUwIfAl

So the new Terminator movie has an official title. And it’s… interesting. Hey, listen: Book, cover, don’t judge, I get it. Maybe this time next year we’ll all be rocking Genisys T-shirts. Maybe we’ll just start spelling “genesis” as “genisys,” sort of like how you can spell it “judgment” or “judgement.” Inglourious Basterds is great, and that has two misspellings!
Still, let’s pretend for argument’s sake that Terminator: Genisys looks like the title of the fanfic spin-off you wrote back in second grade where Terminator meets Scarface and they both fight Darth Vader to save Princess Toadstool.

It's going to be tough to top "Liquid Dreams," but the O-Town guys—minus Ashley Parker Angel—are giving it their all! The reformed boy band just debuted the music video for "Skydive," and while there are no gelatinous female dancers or oh-so-2000 graphics for your visual enjoyment, it does show that Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick and Dan Miller have matured musically. Unlike when they first came onto the scene, the guys' comeback clip doesn't feature any dancing. Each member does, however, sing to the same attractive blond woman in a desert-like setting. And even though Ashley isn't taking part in O-Town's resurrection, he's got...

Another "Making the Band" group is back! The guys of O-Town just released their first single in over a decade -- and while the group has gone from 5 men to a quartet, they've still got it.Dan Miller, Erik Estrada, Jacob Underwood and Trevor Penick dropped the song "Skydive" early Wednesday morning, the first tune from their upcoming "Lines & Circles" album dropping August 3, 2014."'Skydive' is a dramatic song. It starts with a simple piano and vocal, and by the end you hear a seventy-piece orchestra, and all four of us belting it out in 4-part harmony," Penick says of the single. "It’s a mid-tempo, but there’s a lot of energy in this song. There’s intensity in the vocals, and the track is very dynamic. This song should take you for a ride."It's definitely more "All or Nothing" than "Liquid Dreams," but that's not necessarily a bad thing,...

Word broke earlier this week that O-Town — the One Direction of the aughts, except less cute and not nearly as famous — is plotting a reunion. (Okay, an almost-reunion; frontman Ashley Parker Angel, the group’s answer to Harry Styles/Clone High guest star extraordinaire, is apparently out of the band. So much for “all or nothing at all.”)
This is great news, primarily for one reason: It gives us all a chance to reexamine “Liquid Dreams,” which has to be the grossest thing to come out of the late ’90s/early ’00s boy band boom. (Besides Chris Kirkpatrick’s hair.

Reality-tv-bred boy band O-Town’s reunion tour was inevitable. The Backstreet Boys did go on tour with New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees last year ("Nkotbsb"), so in O-Town’s words: It’s all or nothing at all. (And how prophetic are these lyrics: “When you reach the bottom, it’s now or never.") In short, the boys first united on the first season of MTV reality show Making the Band, which was created by Lou Pearlman (the creepy guy who created 'N Sync and Backstreet Boys and is now serving jail time for running a giant Ponzi scheme on the side); if someone familiar with the band could recall just one of their hit songs (“Liquid Dreams,” “All or Nothing,” “Every Six Seconds” — take your pick), they could also probably name one of the members: Ashley Parker Angel. He also happens to be the only member of O-Town not reuniting.

Apparently "All or Nothing" no longer applies to O-Town. The boy band is reuniting after 11 years as a quartet, as Ashley Parker Angel has decided to pursue other career opportunities. Original members Erik-Michael Estrada, Dan Miller, Trevor Penick and Jacob Underwood made the announcement Monday and have since rebooted their official website. The group, which formed during Making The Band in 2000, released two albums before breaking up four years later. Though they never matched the success of predecessors like the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync, O-Town enjoyed success with the hit single "Liquid Dreams" and became a Trl staple. "We started this reunion purely for the fun of it,"...

Playing diner owner Han Lee on the ribald 2 Broke Girls, Matthew Moy has one very memorable role on the CBS comedy. That’s mostly because the show’s creators have been criticized for making Han one big stereotype after another: The character speaks with a heavy accent, often doesn’t understand American slang and turns of phrases, and is regularly made fun of for his small stature and clueless nature.
Behind the silly role, however, is Matthew Moy, an actor who, truly, couldn’t be further from who he plays on TV. Moy is very clued into pop culture, which...

Face it, kids: Boy bands are back. One Direction and The Wanted, two British troupes of crooning dudes, are achieving major stateside success. And they're even dissing Christina Aguilera! They'll fit in just fine here, I think.
It's only right that we commemorate the return of the cherished institution of boy bands with a list of the nine hottest boy band moments since the arrival of the Backstreet Boys. That's when it really started getting steamy. I've compiled sexy instances from photo shoots, magazine spreads, music videos, and even some purposely gay stuff too! I'm leaving One Direction off this list since they're so damn young, but once they get a couple of years on them, I'll be pleased to consider them for future lists (until the end of time).
Let's begin the newcomers, shall we?
9. The Wanted want us to want them!
