Warning: Spoilers
Even tho the Harvey cartoons aren't rich to begin with, like Disney, WB and Tom & Jerry, the Harvey lineup went downhill by the 1960s, and a set of cartoons called Modern Madcaps are that nadir.

This one is mildly amusing with the cat speaking in that lion voice that Bugs Bunny and later Huckleberry Hound crossed paths with (with the nasally laugh), but that is about it.

Oh, and the hip mice decide they are so above that whole cat-chasing-mice routine. It's behind the times, ya dig? Other than that, it is just more cat and mouse shenanigans with an attempt to pepper the cartoon with a little jazz influence, nothing memorable tho.
