It's title sounds generic, and so is the soft-core sex footage in THE SEXTERMINATORS, a would-be science fiction/speculative fiction feature from untalented filmmakers. It's one of innumerable "for the record" Something Weird Videos issued in the '90s.

The Federation is established as the movie's villainous governmental organization in a totalitarian future. To make this junk watchable, the heroine's roommate is played by luscious Antoinette Maynard/Lilly Foster.
Hero played by Charles Cashmere (great stage name, for a guy who looks like Peter Breck, a favorite TV actor of mine during this era) has rough sex with heroine Sandy, and is quite dislikable for a lead player. Cashmere admits he has an illegal child and is being hunted by the Federation -indicating this film belongs to a brief flurry (see: ZPG with Oliver Reed) of scare movies worried about Population Growth, a topic that gets less coverage nowadays but will loom large soon as water shortages worldwide increase.
Stars plan to flee to Canada (recall this movie was shot during the Vietnam War) in order to escape the authorities. CC visits Martha for more sex and steals money from her, but she finks on him to The Federation and he's captured. This rather gloomy excuse for entertainment ends with Cashmere unconscious in the hospital, to be castrated. The door closes, reading on it "Federal Birth Prevention Control Sterilization Lab".
