REAL BAD DOG!

This show was a complete waste of even producing! The characters are stupid, and it seems at times that the dog isn't even noticed only when it does something bad. So now, we get to the part of the show where it gets REALLY stupid! Whenever one of the characters tells the dog he's bad. He just freaks out, and dies. Then the person realizes he or she was wrong to the dog, and apologize to it. The dog comes back to life, and once again goes back to doing more troublesome ordeals. This show is aimed for younger kids, but even they will hate it.

Awful beyond Awful!

This show is absolute garbage! It's so boring and so unappealing. Pratically, the same things happens in every single episode. THIS MIGHT CONTAINS SPOILERS! Berkeley, the family dog is a little monster who wrecks everything! The family is going mad over the dog. After diving everybody up the wall someone yells at him "BAD DOG"! and he pretends to be dead until someone says "GOOD DOG" then he comes back to life and causes trouble again! The creators of this show didn't try really hard and lazily done up stories. A lot of useful things for a cartoon is missed out. If they had gotten a voice over for the dog and hired better and more determined writers it might have been alright but NO! Don't bother with this show! It's not worth your while! 1/10

Just plain bad

Before the review, a brief plot summary: No plot. A dog named Berkley lives with a disfunctional family and screws everyone up. That's it.

Dull, dull, dull. Each episode follows this formula: The family gets into a situation, there is a disgruntled character they meet, Berkley will mess around with everything until near the story's end, the character will call him a bad dog, he'll collapse, they'll find Berkley's actually a hero, the character will apologize, and he'll be back. The animation is so-so but slightly below average, 4 out of 10 about. That's not important. What's important is that it's cluttered, loud, and annoying. The characters are annoying and unappealing, and they yell enough to make "All in the Family" look like a period of meditation. There's just nothing to critique. It's inane children's "entertainment" which probably can't even amuse children. The whistle theme song is just poor and sounds familiar, the voices are horrible, and it's just boring.

So don't watch it. A pointless dud.

PS That was about the worst review I've ever written but it's just so bad you can't even critizise it. It's just unbelievably poor.

Worst Cartoon EVER!

This is one of the worst cartoons of the 90s. The animation look like if it was done in the 70s, the characters act ridiculous and the plot is exactly the same. Okay, every time the family gets into a situation, Berkeley, the dog, messes everything up. Then someone in the family calls him a bad dog. Then Berkeley faints and if he does something good, he gets called a "Good dog". It's like this every episode! This cartoon makes Hanna-Barbera's cartoons from the 70s look like masterpieces. This show is too repetitive. I'm glad they took this junk off the air. If you want a good cartoon that is actually about something, I recommend "DuckTales" or "Gummi Bears" not this! No stars!
