On a small island off the coast of Nova Scotia, a mysterious "money" pit has kept treasure hunters digging for 200 years. Designed by an unknown engineer, the pit is a complex hole with timber crosspieces every ten feet deep. At the 100 foot level was found a stone with a cryptic inscription: "Forty feet below two million pounds are buried." Despite the cost of money and lives over the years without the return of a single coin, adventurers keep trying to solve the riddle of getting through the water to reach the two million pounds.
