A collection of user made levels
gelziabar14 November 2006
Given that the cover of this disc had very little if anything on it, people may quickly draw a conclusion that it is some sort of official ending to the Doom series. However, Final Doom is far from officially being developed by id and features two new episodes and a large bunch of levels developed by third party users. There are no new enemies or weapons but there are some new textures. This title is best known for being very hard to defeat. Funniest thing about this title was the text which said that this was the final and last part of the Doom series and Doom-3 released a few years ago. Final Doom is probably recommended only for the most obsessed Doom Fans and not for any other regular user. You can get lots of user made levels online.

Final Doom!
Movie Nuttball27 October 2004
The Doom series is one of the most exciting first person shoot em up video games! The characters, monsters, and the action makes this game a fun non-stop playing time! Below is a brief look how I think the game is!

Game Play: The game play is very good. There is really basic controls here and is easy to perform. Novice gamers should have a good time here!

Graphics: The graphics are wonderful especially for the first Nintendo. The backgrounds are really beautiful!

Difficulty: The game is easy but as it goes on you find out that it will become more difficult!

Music: The music is great! Just fantastic catchy tunes through out the game! In My opinion its some of the best music ever in a video game!

Sound: The sound is great. Nuff said!

Overall: I have always loved Final Doom! If you like excellent shoot em up games then I strongly recommend you play this game!

It's Ok, Nothing New

Warning: Spoilers
I know that Doom 2 got comments for being too similar to the first game and had little changes, which I disagree with, (because it's still great: super shotgun new enemies megasphere etc ect) Final Doom is basically just The Plutonia Experiment and TNT Evilution bundled up as it's own game, Plutonia is my favorite because of its unique map design and its difficulty, gameplay and layouts makes a great but challenging experience, TNT on the other hand is decent, but drags on has tons of boring parts and has some garbage maps, but my whole beef with Final Doom is that its not an actual game, it's literally just two level packs made by users that you literally could have just downloaded if you had the original game, quite lazy honestly and is lame that it is passed as a game and not a dlc or something, it's not worth it in any way and if you want to play Plutonia Or tnt, just freaking get gzdoom, or just buy the steam release of the original Doom game and just download their addon file, overall this is not worth it and your better off buying doom or doom II 5/10.

Great music!

Warning: Spoilers
[POSSIBLE SPOILERS]

I bought the Final Doom package back in 1997, I was interested, as this was not made by ID Software. After installing it, I found myself dead on the first level! Boy, it was hard. You can meet about five bosses in one level, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR THE NEW DOOMER! If you have never played part of the classic Doom series before, I recommend "DOOM (1993)", which is the classic and the easier game to play. However, the music was amazing. It really put you in the mood to kill, kill and kill again.

6/10.
