God I miss this show!! I used to wake up extra early and curl up on the couch with my coffee before work and watch. The banter between Christine and her charming and comical assistant Juan was such an uplifting way to start my day! The beauty of this show was that Christine taught you methods, not just the recipe she happened to be making. Sometimes they had clips of her outside the studio..like when she went to the food terminal near Pearson airport at some unGodly hour in the morning to show us how food is distributed to the supermarkets. I wish I could purchase a dvd of all the episodes. I'd buy one for myself and the other as a Christmas gift for my mom who also enjoyed the show 😊
