George and Rose fell in love and married, only Rose is bored by her husband, an ex military man, her friendship with wild neighbour Donna grows, and the pair hatch a plan.
It's a very funny, black comedy drama, this was the perfect mix for afternoons, funny and dark, a cracking mix. I really do miss these one off afternoon dramas.
I'm not sure who's worse, empty headed Rose, or the cold and scheming Donna. Donna is manipulative, and does everything she can to push Rose into murder, Rose in turn is devious, greedy, and totally takes her like husband for granted.
I felt sorry for George, of course be was boring, but he had served in The Sent, and treated Rose to everything she wanted.

I was glad to stumble upon this, it was well worth seeing again, 8/10.
