A restaurant owner is victim of racketters. He refuses to pay and his restaurant explodes because of a bomb put in it. His wife dies and Moulin begins the investigation. But nothing to be simple in this case. I am surprised ta have seen some strange atmospheric music in some scenes. Such as this one when Moulin visits a witness in his flat...I had the feeling to watch a US TV series from the early sixties.
