  J.R. Ewing : Is that right?

  Holly Harwood : Actually, he said he made some of his best deals right here.

  J.R. Ewing : Yeah, I'll bet he did.

• J.R. Ewing : Holly... if you're not gonna trust me, you might as well tear up that agreement right now. My deal calls for twenty-five percent of Harwood Oil. And twenty-five percent of nothing is nothing. I don't do business that way.

  Holly Harwood : It's just, a refinery, I hadn't expected to have to buy one.

  J.R. Ewing : Well, I think the better you get to know me, the more you'll understand that I tend to do the unexpected.

  Holly Harwood : I'll remember that! Can I fix you another drink?

  J.R. Ewing : Yeah. That'd would be real nice.

  J.R. Ewing : Well, I think that's enough work for today.

  Holly Harwood : But we haven't discussed those pending acquisitions.

  J.R. Ewing : Plenty of time for that.

  [moves in for the kiss, but when his lips close over hers, she doesn't return the kiss] 

  J.R. Ewing : Did you hire me for my mind?

  Holly Harwood : J.R., do I look like a woman that's doing without?
