When the story begins, Lou (Ed Platt) is stomping out of the Petrie home and going home. It seems that Lou caught Rob cheating at cards...although he did it unintentionally. As a result, the nice dinner party is ruined and Rob has a new enemy! How he did it unintentionally is shown in a lengthy flashback scene and you wonder if the Petries will ever see Lou and his wife again. Of course, Lou DOES seem like a sorehead, so you only assume they don't!
This is a clever and unusual episode. It's relatively low on laughs but high on interesting...well made and well worth seeing...even if Lou is a big sorehead.
