When an old friend who is now married to a rich doctor gives them invites to swanky affair, the girls yell "CHARRRGE IT!" for the gowns.
They convince Fred and Barney to go their party and send them to charm school. Funny scenes at the party when the boys make jokes to the snobby guests. They come to the rescue when two crooks try to rob the place.
