This is a great drama but it's got a alarming number of inconsistencies. This episode Maranda Bailey says she was the only female in her intern year but by season 16 she is the only one left after Callie Torres left.

This Episode begins with Meredith, she tells to Cristina and George that Derek is married. Cristina tells Meredith that she is pregnant. Meredith has a brawl with Derek, because Meredith found out that Derek has a wife. Preston is chief for now, until Richard is recovered after his surgery. Cristina kissed with Preston. George tells Meredith that Cristina kissed with Preston. Joe gets into surgery. Derek tells Meredith that Addison cheated on him with his best friend Mark. Amazing First Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 2, really great beginning of the second Season of Grey's Anatomy. Looking forward to more of this!

I love this episode. It's a great followup to the Season 1 Finale. It is just a very entertaining episode, and I really love watching it.
In this episode, Joe, the owner of the bar everyone goes to, collapses and needs to undergo a $200,000 surgery to survive. But doesn't want to do it because he can't afford to pay for it without losing his bar. But George finds a way for him to not pay for it, since it's a teaching hospital and he's technically donating his body to science. Meanwhile, Derek's wife, Addison, has come to put an end to Meredith and Derek's relationship. You can understand how surprised Meredith was to find out that he's married. Also, Dr. Webber is recovering from his operation and has appointed Dr. Burke as his replacement for the time being. And Meredith is very concerned about Christina's secret pregnancy.
Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.
