I liked season 4 because of the leading role of Michael Samuelle and because of the perfect twist in the last episode where Nikita reclaims her throne as "La Femme Nikita". Truly remarkable love story and chemistry between leading actors. And I would also like to highlight "trademark" of this series - how camera loves to focus on face and eyes of the actors and how effective that acting is.
