Dobe Anderson will be hanged in two days for robbing the bank. He hid the money in Stone Canyon before being caught but won't tell where it is. A young girl named Susan Rich shoots at The Ranger and Tonto as she is trying to find the money. Her dad was killed in the robbery and she wants to help her family by collecting the reward. The Ranger and Tonto convince Susan of their good intentions and agree to help. Meanwhile, crooked Wells Fargo agent Sam Scott and an outlaw named Scar Wilson help Dobe escape. Things don't look good. Will anybody ever find out where Dobe hid that money?
