I've noticed that, as I approach the final few seasons of Married With Children, there are fewer and fewer reviews for the later episodes here on IMDb. Is that because people struggle to say anything interesting, let alone positive, about a show no longer in its prime? I know I am finding it a challenge.
I'm not saying that Old Insurance Dodge isn't worth a watch for fans of the Bundys, but I cannot deny that the programme is a mere shadow of its former self, with just a few chuckles per show where it used to be wall-to-wall laughs. Al reporting his old Dodge stolen and lying to the insurance company about the contents simply isn't the stuff of classic MWC - it feels like no-one is making the effort anymore.
