David Groh and Glenn Corbett star as Detectives Benson and Fisk. Both are working on a case involving a couple jewel robbers who, in addition to stealing jewels, appear to have killed one of the fences they were working with after their last robbery! When they find the guys, they have no proof...so Benson goes undercover--posing as yet another fence. The weird thing about this one is that out of the blue, the pair of thieves do something totally unexpected...and totally stupid! What is it? See the show.
Seeing George Hamilton playing one of the crooks was very interesting, as you don't can't picture this suave actor playing such a character. Still, it's a very good episode with a bizarre twist near the end...and I like bizarre twists. And, like every episode of "Police Story", it's well worth seeing.
