I discover that there were several versions of this story written by Robert Louis Stevenson. This one is, I guess, the earliest. If there was not this unbearable music, I would say it is very pleasant to watch, because pulled by convincing performances and an adequate atmosphere, without this useless and annoying music. I would have imagined such a story in an AVENGERS series, maybe because I remind one episode of this mythic show very close to this one. That said, I hope to see one day the CHEVY THEATRE series episode version of this story, because it was made a decade later, without this music. There is no female character in this gentlemen's tale.
