Yes, BIG spoiler below so if you haven't watched it, DO NOT READ!!!

In this episode, Hoby comes to help out a town that has no sheriff after they arrest a man who murdered the station agent The sole witness, a woman, leaves town, fearful that the murdered man's friends will show up to rescue him. Before she leaves, she states there was a boy who saw the whole thing. The boy did, and even points out the man in the jail as the one who did the killing BUT there is one problem: the boy's mother is against her son's testifying against the man. She tells Hoby that she fears for her son's life, but in truth there is a darker secret and she wants to protect her son.

So...the town suddenly tells Hoby they want him to free the man. Hoby does so, BUTT he tricks the man into a gunfight on the street by telling him he's wanted for murder and holds up a Wanted poster...Hoby fires two times and shoots the man dead, then rides out of town with the boy...

My mouth flew open when I saw that! I could not BELIEVE Hoby did that, but he did it to save the boy from a world of hurt. Did he do the right thing? Or should he have left the man to stand trial like "the books" tell him to? Hoby came close to committing murder...

That made a GREAT episode!
