Jake Weide is an amazing actor. Not since Olivier or Brando have we seen an actor with this much conviction. The leash scene- Enough said. I am telling everybody. Keep your eye on Jake. We will see amazing things in the years to come from this incredible artist! On the other hand, no matter how good the episode actually is it is one step short of masterpiece. It is like you are climbing to heaven but you cannot make it over the last step. The story is good, the filming is good, the acting is top notch, but Jake stands out so much that I think he is going to be added to my hall of all time top shows. Maybe it is the music, this show does not have a strong score, maybe all the components do not add up well together... It is hard to describe why, but I was stunned as I usually am not after watching TV shows. I wonder what Jakes next project will be.
