Certainly seems a memorable one which consists of two pokémon characters with most screen time: those being Ash's Pikachu and Meowth (of Team Rocket). Team Rocket again bit annoying in capturing Pikachu again at the start - and they cleverly use those shockproof gloves.
The animation is great - especially that one shot of when the Pidgeot snooping down at Team Rocket and grabbing the tethered Pikachu and Meowth - it looked bit scary as well. Moment of Ash desperately looking for Pikachu is reminder of some other episode Pikachu has temporary amnesia and Team Rocket used it to their advantage.
When they got a Rhydon charging at them - electric attacks don't affect rock-type pokémon, yet Meowth gets it to open its mouth Pikachu sticks its tail into it for thunderbolt - that was brutal.
Many like that moment when Meowth talks how both he and Pikachu could have been great teammates if they have met under different circumstances, by the time he says it Pikachu is already asleep.
Team Rocket were clever in using a bit of reverse psychology using a real basket of fruit on path (which Misty suspicious of) and set a trap near the tree which they fell for it.
Tense, and hilarious scene with Team Rocket about to fire a cannon and Misty's Psyduck offered to help, yet it didn't.
Heartfelt ending for Meowth that he misses Pikachu while he is stuck with Jessie and James over the apple.
