He-Man gets caught in one of Skeletor's traps where he loses his memory and is transported to the Crossroads of All Universes. This leaves Orko, Cringer and Ram Man getting the job of finding him. From Zodac, Orko receives a wand, which will help find He-Man. The planet Tranus, which He-Man finds himself on is covered with pollution and a wicked pink rabbit is behind it.

"Quest For He-Man" happens to be the 19th episode of Season 1, where we go on a weirdly colourful trip compared to the norm of the series. What sets it apart is how creatively offbeat it is with the characters of this new world He-Man ends up on. It can get annoying, but Paul Dini's novelty laced-story does win out and the script's ironic wit plays well with its eccentric charm. This is thanks largely to the large pink rabbit bad guy character Plundor. I don't how this made it in the top 5 episodes of Season 1 for a special DVD release (which I'm watching), but I guess it's all because how surreal it is.
