Silus' deaf girlfriend gets into Princeton, which ruins their plans to stay together in California, he insults her, by saying she only got in b/ she is deaf. Celia keeps running her campaign, which is going down the drain, while Nancy, her brother-in-law and Kevin Nealon go to a marijuana expo and find the perfect plant, which Andy smokes, in the woman's bathroom, then writes his own version of the Torah on paper towels lying on the ground of the bathroom. He then gets into Rhabbitical (sp?) school. Nancy then kills the plant which she intended to multiply into her growing business, and then she asks Conrad to help and use his strain and grow together. At the end of the episode, Peter, the DEA agent, shows up and tells her he knows she is a drug dealer. She then promptly runs away and throws up.
