This is a TV show where the participants are people who want to become famous singers and performers. Fame Factory is a school, whose founder is Bert Karlsson, a famous Swedish record company owner. The purpose of the show is to find the next Swedish superstar in music. The students live at the school and every week there is a so called "Week final" where a number of the students perform one or two songs. A jury, consisting of famous Swedes give points for the students they think are the best and every week the two students with the lowest number of points sing a song each. Then the audience votes for their favorite and the student who gets the least number of votes has to finish their education and go home.
When a small number of the students remain there is a big final where the viewers choose the winer of the show.
