Super laughs in this episode

Warning: Spoilers
Another great episode where Foggy hits on a great idea to take dogs for a walk. I love the scene where Foggy get mistaken for someone else by a large angry man and then Compo re-anact the scene in the cafe. Inky Batty - nickname for Wally Batty - scene stealer in the cafe. Also the scenes where Foggy nearly gets run over by the the same lorry. So many scene where there are so many laughs yet the storyline flows really well. Foggy also dreams of becoming dog walkers for the Royal Corgi's, this scene is superb and great acting by Brian Wilde, not his usual style but he pulls it off really well. Watch and enjoy.

Walking the dog

The episode stars with Compo once again reminiscing about his youth and another lost love. There seemed to be rather a few of them.

When then see a dolled up poodle that has runaway, Compo exclaims 'someone's made a right bog up of shearing that sheep!' The exasperated owner of the dog soon follows looking for her and he does not seem to be happy that he has to take the wife's dog out for a walk.

Foggy suddenly hits upon a business idea. Dog walking, taking other people's dog out for a walk. It might have seemed silly in 1982 but now it is a common sight. Foggy was ahead of the curve.

Attracting people to sign up though is not easy. Still Foggy soon gets delusions of grandeur as he imagines walking the royal corgis and getting a knighthood in the process.

The episode ends with the trio being chased by an Old English Sheepdog who ends in the back of a truck with them. Although the dog was more lovable than scary.

There were some nice touches in this episode between the trio with Sid and Wally in the cafe, who both have domineering spouses. Wally regrets smartening up so he could take Nora out and how happy go lucky he was in his youth.
