  Sue Ellen Ewing : Not for the reasons you think. I *don't* want him back. Mandy, I'm telling you this for your own good. Because J.R. destroys every woman he goes to bed with. It's by the grace of *God* that he didn't destroy me. Don't let him do it to you.

  Mandy Winger : Thanks for the advice.

  [tearfully:] 

  Mandy Winger : You'll forgive me if I don't take it, because I don't know what the hell you're talking about!

  Sue Ellen Ewing : Isn't it strange how the mistress always thinks she's as smart as the wife? If she's so smart... why is she the mistress?

  [Mandy runs off] 

• J.R. Ewing : [in bed with Mandy]  You know how happy you make me?

  Mandy Winger : Yes, I do.

  J.R. Ewing : Wanna make me happy, come out to Southfork tomorrow.

  Mandy Winger : With all your family there.

  J.R. Ewing : [stroking Mandy's hair, smirks:]  Well, I suppose that's possible. That woman shows up in the damnedest places. Listen now, she doesn't mean anything to me anymore. Would that bother you if she showed up?

  Mandy Winger : [shakes her head]  No. No, I just wanna know what to expect, that's all.
