That about sums it up.
I have no clue why this episode was made. Quite frankly, it makes no sense, it doesn't fit the show's atmosphere, it's gratingly cheerful, and it provides little value.
Funnily enough, this episode also does more expositional worldbuilding than the 14 previous episodes together.
